Water Industry Affiliations:
Barbre has served on the board of directors of the Municipal Water District of Orange County since November 2000, representing the cities of Brea, Buena Park, La Habra, La Palma, Placentia and Yorba Linda.  He previously served as an elected member of the Yorba Linda Water District’s Board of Directors from 1998 to 2000.

Professional and Community Activities:
Barbre is the principal of Barbre & Associates, a public affairs company specializing in lobbying, campaign strategies, media and public relations. He has represented clients at the local, state and federal levels and has successfully worked and directed campaigns from the local water board to U.S. Senate races.
